According to law enforcement agencies, a 20-year-old resident S.K. from the city of Razzakov, born in 2003, met a 16-year-old resident of Suluktu in early January 2026 and introduced her to a man named U.F., who also lives in this city.
It is reported that S.K. acted as an intermediary, organizing a meeting between the young people and encouraging them to engage in an intimate relationship.
After U.F. and the underage girl met, he gave her 4,000 soms. However, later, after disagreements arose, S.K. began to threaten U.F., trying to extort money from him under the threat of blackmail.
The investigation indicates that to obtain 50,000 soms, she forced the underage girl to threaten and blackmail the young man. As a result, she managed to receive the first part of the demanded amount, which was transferred to the girl's bank card.
In connection with the aforementioned circumstances, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 208 of the Criminal Code (Extortion). S.K. has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, additional investigative actions are ongoing.
