According to the provided information, on January 17, a woman named B.Ch. approached the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department. She reported that on December 18, 2025, at around 21:30, her son was kidnapped from Shirokaya Street and taken in an unknown direction.
According to the applicant, the perpetrators threatened her and her son, as well as used psychological pressure to record a video. This video was created to create a false impression of her son's involvement in drug distribution. It was later used for blackmail, resulting in a demand for 400,000 soms.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 208 ("Extortion") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational search activities, five young people aged 17 to 18 were detained while receiving the amount of 400,000 soms.
