Two suspects have been detained
An incident involving violence against a minor girl occurred in the Jalal-Abad region. This was reported by the regional internal affairs department.
According to law enforcement agencies, the father of the victim reported to service 102, stating that his daughter R.M., born in 2009, was subjected to beating, torture, and partial shaving of her hair by three men: Azat, Jumagul, and Tazagul. This incident took place on the night of January 8 to 9.
The girl was urgently taken to the Uzgen District Hospital for medical assistance. In response to this case, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Torture" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigative activities, two suspects were detained: T.N., born in 1988, a resident of the Bazar-Korgon district, and N.A., born in 2006, a resident of the Suzak district. They have been placed in custody.
