In the Suzak District, a father and son were detained for beating a 14-year-old teenager.

According to information from the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs, on November 1, employees of the Suzak District Internal Affairs Department received a report that a 14-year-old boy named R. M., born in 2011, had become a victim of an assault. Preliminary data indicates that he was beaten by his father along with his underage son, resulting in the boy suffering a broken arm and leg.

The victim was urgently hospitalized at the Suzak District Hospital, where surgery was performed. He is currently undergoing treatment.

The investigative authorities of the Suzak District Internal Affairs Department registered the incident in the Unified Register of Crimes on November 24 under Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Intentional Infliction of Minor Harm to Health." Criminal proceedings have already been initiated in this case.

Suspects.
A 49-year-old man and his 17-year-old son, both from the Suzak District, have been detained. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of one month.

Investigative actions are ongoing.
