According to the information, a man named M.K., born in 1988 and residing in the Osh region, contacted the police. In his statement, he reported that on the night of January 8 to 9, 2026, his daughter, born in 2009, was assaulted. Several people beat the girl for no apparent reason and shaved her hair and eyebrows.
Due to the injuries sustained, the minor was hospitalized.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 138 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious harm to health.
As a result of operational measures, two suspects were detained, who are residents of the Bazar-Korgon and Suzak districts. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of one month.
It is also reported that one of the detainees had previous legal issues. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
