A report was filed with the police by M. K., born in 1988. He stated that his daughter, 17-year-old R. M., became a victim of abuse by three attackers — Azat, Jumagul, and Tazagul on the night of January 8 to 9.
After the incident, the girl was urgently hospitalized at the Uzgen district hospital. A criminal case was initiated under the article "Torture" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement authorities managed to detain the suspects — T. N. (Tazagul), born in 1988, and N. A. (Azat), born in 2006, residents of the Bazar-Korgon and Suzak districts, respectively. The Manas district court decided to arrest them. It was also established that T. N. had previously been held criminally liable for hooliganism and fraud.
