During the questioning of local residents, it was established that the victim is U. A., born in 2019 and residing in the area.
The law enforcement officers collected information from witnesses and residents of the surroundings.
“The owner of the property was also identified, and the dogs were culled,” the press service reports.
On the same day, April 1, at around 18:00, residents approached the commander of the tourist company of the patrol and post service, Timur Kulnazarov, requesting assistance with the transportation of the injured child who had been attacked. The police officer promptly placed the child and the accompanying individuals in a service vehicle and transported them to a medical facility.
“The child was handed over to the duty doctors for emergency assistance. Currently, his condition is assessed as stable,” the police reported.
