According to the Border Service, the incident happened on April 4 at 08:30, when a group of servicemen from the Leilek border detachment was heading to the "Kairagach" outpost in a service vehicle, a "UAZ-Pickup." On the Ak-Suu — Razzakov road, Private N.D.N., born in 2004 (drafted in the fall of 2025), fell out of the vehicle's cargo area.
Preliminary data suggest that the cause of the incident was severe jolting on the mountain road, which caused the serviceman to lose consciousness.
An ambulance was called to the scene, which provided first aid, after which the injured serviceman was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Leilek District Hospital. On the same day, a specialized team of doctors from Osh performed emergency surgery.
At present, the condition of the serviceman remains critically serious, and he is receiving necessary medical assistance. The Border Service noted that if necessary, there is an option to transport the injured individual to Bishkek, but this is only possible after his condition stabilizes.
As part of the cooperation with the Ministry of Health, a neurosurgeon has been sent to the hospital for further treatment and consultations, and round-the-clock monitoring of the serviceman's condition has been organized.
In connection with the incident, an operational group has been established under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Border Service, which is conducting an official investigation to clarify all the circumstances of the incident. The situation is under control.
On April 6, during a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Gulsharkan Kultaeva made a request to the Ministry of Health for assistance to the serviceman and the involvement of highly qualified specialists.
