According to information, the incident occurred on the evening of March 29, when the police department of Naryn received a report that the driver of a Mitsubishi Lancer had hit two pedestrians. Law enforcement agencies found that the victims were a couple: K. S., born in 1970, and his wife G. A., born in 1974. They were urgently hospitalized.
According to the police, the driver was 23-year-old N. D., a local resident who serves in the Border Service. The criminal case has been transferred to the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Balakchy garrison for further investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
