According to available data, the incident occurred on February 23 at around 09:50 in the village of Koy-Tash, located in the Alamudun district. As a result, two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Lexus RX-350, I. A., born in 2006, was traveling north on Ablesov Street. At the intersection with Chyngyz Baatyr Street, a collision occurred with a Honda Fit, driven by K. E., born in 2001, who was moving from west to east.
The fact of the traffic accident was documented, and an investigative operational group from the Alamudun District Department of Internal Affairs promptly arrived at the scene.It has been preliminarily established that as a result of the accident, both vehicles were damaged. Both drivers underwent testing for alcohol intoxication; however, no signs of alcohol consumption were found, and both were sober.
With various injuries, both drivers were taken to the Chui Regional Hospital. K. E. was hospitalized for further treatment, while I. A. received the necessary medical assistance.As part of the investigation, several examinations have been appointed, including forensic medical, forensic automotive, and forensic chemical examinations with blood samples taken from the drivers. Final conclusions and procedural decisions will be made based on the results of these examinations in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It is worth noting that Seid Atambaev reported that the mother of the Honda Fit driver contacted him, claiming that the daughter of a deputy of the Bishkek City Kenesh was driving the Lexus, as well as the sister of the akim of the Alamudun district. According to her, high-ranking officials are trying to conceal evidence.
However, BGK deputy Kazybek Ergeshov denied this information and stated that he demands public apologies from Atambaev.
