According to the agency's information, at around 08:30, Private N.D.N. (born in 2004, conscripted in the fall of 2025) fell out of the back of a service vehicle, a UAZ-Pickup. The fall happened due to severe jolting on a difficult section of the mountain road, resulting in the soldier losing consciousness.
An ambulance crew was dispatched to the scene of the incident. After providing first aid, the private was taken to the intensive care unit of the Leilek District Hospital. On the same day, specialists from the city of Osh arrived at the facility to perform emergency surgery.
The border guard's condition is assessed as stable but serious. Doctors, based on medical indications, did not recommend transporting the patient to Bishkek until his condition stabilizes. An experienced neurosurgeon was sent to the hospital for further treatment, and round-the-clock medical supervision was organized.
An operational group led by the deputy chairman of the State Border Service has initiated a service investigation to clarify all the circumstances of the incident. The agency has taken control of the situation.
