On January 29, a video appeared on the store's Instagram account, showing a man and a woman with a small child allegedly stealing children's items. After the recording became known, the Osh Department of Internal Affairs ordered an investigation into the details of the incident and to identify the suspects.
As a result of operational activities, officers from the Ak-Buura police department detained a woman born in 1988, residing in Manas. She confessed that she committed the thefts together with her husband, who was born in 1982. Both spouses arrived in Osh from Manas.
The case has been transferred to the investigative department of the Osh Department of Internal Affairs for further examination. The police report that this couple already has a criminal record for theft and fraud. Their youngest child is only four months old and is the fifth child in the family.
