
According to eyewitness reports, ambulances and emergency services arrived at the scene of the incident with a delay.
An accident occurred on the stretch of road near the recreation area "Teplye Klyuchi," resulting in the deaths of three people, as reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region.
According to law enforcement agencies, the incident was recorded on February 15 at around 15:30. A report of the accident was received by the Alamedin District Internal Affairs Department.
An investigative operational group arrived at the scene and established that the driver of the Hyundai Sonata, 23-year-old S.B., lost control, causing the car to fall off a cliff into the Alamedin River.
At the scene of the accident, the driver and two female passengers, who appeared to be of Asian descent and were approximately 20-25 years old (their identities are being established), died. Another passenger, 23-year-old J.A., was urgently transported to the intensive care unit of the Chui Regional Hospital.
Currently, necessary examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are ongoing.
According to witness reports on social media, ambulances and emergency services arrived 2-3 hours after the incident. They stated that the first victims were taken to the hospital by citizens themselves. At the time of the accident, three out of four victims were alive.
The police noted that the verification of information regarding the delay of services is under control.
