In Kyrgyzstan, 182 machine-tractor stations have been established, as reported by the Ministry of Agriculture. Of this number, 62 are municipal, and 120 are private. Over the past 10 months of the current year, one state, two municipal, and seven private stations have opened.
Compared to the indicators of 2024, there is a growth of 16%. As a result, 65 new jobs have been created.
On January 9, 2025, the opening of a state MTS based on the state enterprise "Kyrgyzmamasyltukumzavod" is scheduled in the village of Frunze, located in the Sokuluk district of Chui region. This station will provide agro-technical and mechanized services for rural producers.
In addition, in the rural area of Kydyr Ake in the Ak-Suu district, the opening of another state station based on the enterprise "Selenenergo" is also planned. As part of the tender, the procurement of over 50 units of agricultural machinery is planned, of which more than 20 have already been purchased.
The message mentions that for the effective operation of the station, work will be carried out to repair and improve the infrastructure. It is expected that the new state MTS will start its operations on November 15 of this year.
