Today, a meeting was held at the President's Administration of Kyrgyzstan, where the head of the President's Office, Kanbek Tumanbaev, met with representatives of resorts, sanatoriums, and boarding houses. The main topic of discussion was the plans for managing park and beach areas.
According to the press service of the President's Office, during the meeting, Kanbek Tumanbaev emphasized that, according to the president's decree, all park and beach territories will be transferred to the management of the newly created directorate.
Previously, these areas were under the jurisdiction of local self-government bodies, but now they will be managed within a unified system, which should improve the level of service, cleaning, and safety provided by the new directorate.
The statement mentions that the state does not intend to increase rental rates or create barriers for businesses. On the contrary, it is interested in long-term and open cooperation with entrepreneurs.
Tumanbaev also reported that the responsibility for the cleanliness and landscaping of beach areas will now lie with the state. This decision is aimed at improving the conditions for recreation, increasing the flow of tourists, and organizing a quality summer season.
Representatives of boarding houses and sanatoriums who participated in the meeting expressed their readiness to cooperate with the new structure.
