Kyrbashev noted that problems with potency can cause both family and psychological difficulties. He explained that among young patients, in 80% of cases, the cause lies in their mental state, which is related to modern living conditions, constant stress, and a fast-paced lifestyle. At the same time, physiological studies and tests typically show normal results, indicating the need for psychological support rather than medication.
The specialist also added that for older patients, the causes of potency disorders are most often physiological and related to age-related changes and accompanying diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes. At early stages of such diseases, help can be quite effective.
"Men can consult urologists at any age. For example, teenagers often come with issues related to varicocele — the enlargement of veins in the testicles. At this age, it is important to monitor the size of the testicles, as this condition can lead to atrophy and infertility in the future.
