It is worth noting that the selection of the Christmas tree has been carried out through a special competition for almost 60 years, and this year the winner was a farm from Michigan.
The First Lady inspected the tree brought in on a horse-drawn carriage and spoke with the drivers dressed in black top hats and tailcoats.
The tree will be installed in the presidential park, and the ceremonial lighting is scheduled for December 4, with Donald Trump in attendance. Everyone interested will be able to participate, as tickets will be raffled off in a lottery.
Additionally, another tree will be set up inside the residence, with decorations traditionally chosen by the First Lady herself.
