Despite extensive statements about the completion of work, the section of Chuy Avenue in the center of Bishkek remains closed. The reconstruction, carried out under the Old Bishkek project managed by Nariman Tyuleev, has not been completed within the specified deadlines.

Previously, Tyuleev publicly promised to restore traffic by December 1, but the road between Abdrahmanov and Shopokov streets is still closed.

In August and November, Nariman Tyuleev assured that "work is ahead of schedule" and the street would be opened on time. Contracting organizations also reported the completion of the concrete and asphalt layer installation, and the city administration confirmed that the project is being implemented according to plan.

However, in reality, the road remains inaccessible to motorists, causing dissatisfaction among citizens who actively express their opinions on social media.

At present, a new opening date has not been announced, and neither the city administration nor project representatives are commenting on the situation.

Meanwhile, the public demands that the central avenue of the capital be opened as soon as possible and that the deadlines for the work be adhered to.
