Since the beginning of 2023, the cleaning of the lake has been carried out under the direct supervision of the president.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the joint efforts of the three ministries are aimed at combating poaching and cleaning the water area from debris. Despite the difficult weather conditions, the employees continue their work on the lake. Earlier, rescuers, despite the severe cold and rain, did not stop cleaning the water body. They managed to extract tons of waste and thousands of kilometers of poaching nets that threaten the fish population, the agency stated.
To support the workers, the president allocated additional funds for the organization of hot meals. The purchased products include, among other things, several heads of cattle intended for preparing meat dishes for the team.
