In the Kairmanin gorge, located in the Uu-Tör area, hunters from the Kochkor district of the Naryn region successfully shot three wolves.

This information was provided by the hunters themselves to a Turmush correspondent.

Local residents of the village of Baizak sought help from the hunters, as wolves had begun to attack their livestock, posing a threat to herders. Early in the morning, around seven o'clock, a group of hunters led by Temirbek Kydyrbaev spotted four wolves on a mountainside in the Kairmanin gorge, near the wintering grounds of Kyrgoo.

During the hunt, other members of the group chased the wolves, while T. Kydyrbaev, who was in ambush, managed to hit three of them. One of the large males was wounded but managed to escape, while two females and one male were successfully killed. Over the course of ten days, these predators managed to kill about nine cows.

According to a resolution from the government of Kyrgyzstan, monetary rewards are provided for the shooting of predatory animals: a hunter will receive 6,000 soms for one wolf, 1,500 soms for a wolf cub, and 2,000 soms for a jackal.

After submitting all the necessary documents to their personal accounts, hunters can receive a reward of 4,800 soms for a wolf, 1,600 soms for a jackal, and 1,200 soms for a wolf cub, taking into account deductions for social payments and income tax.
