This information became known during a working trip by the presidential envoy in the Chuy region, Azamat Osmonov, who visited the village at the request of local residents.
At a meeting with the villagers, they expressed the opinion that relatives of the district akim, Ruslanbek Tagaev, might be involved in this illegal activity.
"If illegal extraction of sand and gravel is taking place in this area, then three enterprises downstream are operating in a similar manner. They all have the same documents. They used connections and support from deputies to continue their activities," the villagers noted.
After these words, A. Osmonov inquired who exactly was providing support to these extracting enterprises.
In response, the residents said that it was the akim himself.
"Akim myrza, you are directly involved in this. Your relatives are connected to this place. We have evidence — video and photos," one of the local residents stated.
Akim Ruslanbek Tagaev categorically rejected these accusations: "There is no such information. This is a lie. My relatives have no relation to these actions."
A government representative emphasized that such violations will not be tolerated, especially during the winter period and in the season of mudflows, when the safety of citizens is a priority.
