The Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Chui Region, Azamat Osmonov, conducted a working trip to the Center for General Medical Practice (CGMP) in Tokmok, where he familiarized himself with the conditions under which primary medical care is provided to the local population.

According to the press service of the representative office, while inspecting the center, Osmonov expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the building, which is outdated and requires major repairs. He also noted the absence of important departments necessary for the full operation of the institution and the convenience of patients.

CGMP staff reported a shortage of medical personnel, which leads to increased pressure on the medical staff. However, it was noted that there are no issues with the provision of medications, and there is no shortage.

The representative's attention was also drawn to the information presented by the center's management. During a conversation with Osmonov, the head of the CGMP was unable to provide clear and complete data on several important issues, which caused dissatisfaction from the president's representative. He emphasized that such unpreparedness is unacceptable for the head of a medical institution.

As a result of the visit, Azamat Osmonov instructed to strengthen management discipline, ensure the relevance and transparency of the information provided, and develop proposals for the major repair of the building and addressing staffing issues.
