Attending the event were the mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, the chairman of the city council, Bolot Bayetov, and local residents.
The six-meter tall monument is surrounded by a well-maintained recreation area, featuring benches and paved walkways. Roads leading to nearby apartment buildings have also been asphalted, and a children's playground has been created. All works were financed from the city budget.
In 2025, a complete reconstruction and expansion of Kokum-Biy Street was carried out, which serves as one of the main transport routes connecting Osh with the Aravan district.
