On December 15, presidential envoy Amankan Kenjebayev visited the village of Kara-Koy, where he met with approximately 70 families living in this area, which is part of the Kyrgyz-Ata State Natural Park.
At the meeting, in addition to the envoy, there were heads of relevant institutions who listened to the complaints of local residents. Many of the issues, according to citizens, have remained unresolved for many years, including matters related to obtaining state acts for property ownership ("red book") and the legalization of land plots.
The regional leadership proposed their solutions and discussed them with local authorities. As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to develop a master plan for the Kalday area within two months, which will allow for the necessary measures to be taken.
In addition, the presidential envoy became familiar with the development plan for the Kara-Koy recreation zone and checked the progress of the construction of wastewater treatment facilities.
