According to the received data, Minister Abstat Syrgabaev signed a decree outlining the new rules.
“The restrictions concern New Year corporate parties and the receiving of gifts by state officials from employees. Instead, employees are called upon to organize celebrations for children in nursing homes and children's institutions, and the collected funds should be directed towards purchasing gifts for them,” the message specifies.
It is worth reminding that the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev previously announced similar restrictions regarding New Year corporate parties in government agencies.
