According to information from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 15 Russians returned to their loved ones at the border between Ukraine and Belarus. This group included 12 women and 3 men.
Ukrainian citizens also had the opportunity to meet with their relatives, although the exact number was not specified. Tatiana Moskalkova, the Human Rights Commissioner in Russia, reported that five Ukrainians were unable to leave the Kherson region due to shelling carried out by the armed forces of Ukraine.
The key issue currently remains the return of 12 residents of the Kursk region from Ukraine, which is planned to be discussed with the Ukrainian ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets.
