As reported by Marat Botoyarov, head of the prosecutor's office in Osh, the meeting was held on December 18 with the participation of representatives from the local internal affairs department, the state tax service, and the judicial enforcement service.
The purpose of the meeting was to implement the directives of the General Prosecutor's Office. Participants analyzed the current problems in the work of judicial officers, discussed factors that hinder the timely and complete execution of court decisions, as well as the reasons for delays in enforcement processes.
As a result of the meeting, specific proposals were formulated to improve the work of judicial officers. In particular, participants were instructed to strictly adhere to established deadlines, enhance the accountability of officials, actively pursue debtors and their assets, and ensure compliance with the law.
Additionally, instructions were given regarding the need for prompt legal decisions on criminal cases initiated under Articles 178 and 370 of the Criminal Code, and to conduct measures for compensation of damages.
Equally important was the issue of strengthening cooperation between departments, enhancing service discipline, and improving the professional training of judicial officers.
