During the visit, consular staff met with compatriots to discuss important issues related to compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as to explain the procedure for migration registration and the possibilities for appealing court decisions. Currently, there are 40 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Temporary Detention Center, of which 15 will be returned to their homeland on the nearest flight.
In addition, the Consulate General received inquiries from other citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic located in the Intermunicipal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Asbestovsky." In response, consular staff promptly contacted representatives of this department.
It should be noted that due to overcrowding in the Temporary Detention Center, 8 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic awaiting forced deportation were placed in this facility. The Consulate General has sent a request to the Center asking for permission to visit and organize meetings with these citizens. After completing all necessary procedures, they will also be sent to Kyrgyzstan.
