As reported by the municipality's press service, an educational institution is planned to be built on this site in 2026. "According to the Bishkek city administration's resolution No. 227 dated November 14, 2024, the land plot on Mavlyanova Street in the 'Ulan-2' microdistrict has been designated for the design and construction of a school funded by the city budget. Currently, design and estimate works are being carried out. We plan to clear the area of construction debris left after the demolition of the garages. The site with garbage containers installed in this area is cleaned daily," the official statement notes.
