On December 24, a reception for the delegates of the Kurultai was held at the Toktogul Abdykadyrov National Drama Theater, attended by heads of ministries and state institutions. Delegates had a unique opportunity to ask questions to members of the Cabinet of Ministers and receive clarifications on various socio-economic issues.

Ministry of Energy
Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev, his first deputy, the general director of the OJSC "National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan," and the deputy general director of the LLC "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" met with the delegates.
During the discussions, 78 appeals were received from participants concerning issues such as the replacement of outdated overhead power lines, increasing the capacity of substations, and gasification of regions. Requests were also made for the construction of small hydropower plants and the installation of solar panels.
Some of the raised issues were resolved on the spot, while more complex appeals were forwarded for further consideration by the responsible leaders.
