According to the heads of family medicine centers, while previously an average of 15-20 people per day applied for the certificate, this number has now increased, which has led to the emergence of queues in some medical institutions.
For illustration: in September, an average of about 500 certificates of form No. 083 were issued daily in the republic, whereas in December this number reached 3,000.
Thus, the load on polyclinics has increased almost sixfold.
Despite this, the Ministry of Health assures that the process of issuing certificates continues as usual, and medical workers do not refuse anyone for an appointment. Citizens are accepted in the order of their arrival.
It should be noted that the medical certificate of sample No. 083 is necessary for the replacement of driver's licenses.
