According to the new resolution, items related to the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control and its local divisions, as well as similar institutions in Bishkek, Osh, and the Issyk-Kul resort area, have been removed from the registry of permitting documents.
Additionally, the registry of works carried out by the authorized state body in the field of architecture and construction has been updated. New paid services have been added, including the inclusion of capital construction, reconstruction, and redevelopment projects in the registry of construction objects, as well as the provision of confirmation of the completion of construction and installation works.
This resolution aims to streamline legislation and will come into effect in 10 days.
