The government of the country has updated its decree regarding the Unified Register of State Services provided by state authorities and their subordinate institutions.

This decision aims to improve the quality and accessibility of state services for both citizens and legal entities. In particular, in some sections of the register, the term "for a fee" has been replaced with "free of charge".

The changes have affected services related to religious activities. Specifically, the mechanism for issuing duplicates of certificates of registration of religious organizations, educational institutions, missions, missionaries, as well as religious sites and charitable foundations has been clarified. Additionally, new services have been added to the register, such as the registration and re-registration of religious preachers, sites, and charitable foundations.

Updates have also affected phytosanitary services. The new version establishes procedures for quarantine phytosanitary examination of products and the issuance of phytosanitary and re-export certificates confirming compliance with the requirements of importing countries.

Some items in the register have been declared invalid. The new provisions will come into effect in 15 days.
