Previously, a competition was held each time a director's position became vacant, creating an endless cycle. "Competitions were conducted in a pilot format, and each required significant time and financial resources. Therefore, a decision was made to create a personnel reserve. Those who successfully pass the selection will be included in this reserve and will have the opportunity to undergo training. After that, they will be able to fill vacant positions in schools across the country," the minister added.
Thus, it is planned to hold the competition once, which will allow for the formation of the necessary personnel reserve. In addition, a system will be developed for participants to prepare independently.
