Women working in villages spend about 6.5 hours on household tasks on a weekday, while in cities this figure is around 5 hours. Among working men, there is also a difference in time spent, but it is less pronounced: in villages, they spend an average of 50 minutes a day, while in cities it is about 35 minutes.
Furthermore, there are noticeable differences in the structure of time spent on household chores between working men and women depending on the types of tasks performed.
