
In Tokmok, during a meeting with the Ombudsman of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jamilya Jamambaeva, mothers of children with disabilities expressed their concerns regarding the difficulties associated with undergoing examination at the MSEC, as well as issues related to the inaccessibility of urban infrastructure and refusals from schools to accept children with autism.
It is worth noting that currently, the "Caravan of Rights" campaign is taking place in the Chui, Issyk-Kul, and Naryn regions. During these meetings, representatives of the Ombudsman Institute, including its head, provide legal assistance and accept complaints about violations of citizens' rights.
According to the press service of the Ombudsman Institute, more than 200 people from the Issyk-Ata, Chui, and Kemin districts, as well as the cities of Tokmok and Kant, attended the meeting, primarily raising socio-economic issues.

Parents of children with autism also expressed dissatisfaction with the refusals to accept their children into educational institutions. In addition, they shared the difficulties they face when undergoing examination at the MSEC.
“We have to bring our children for examination in person, even if they cannot move. My adult child takes a taxi – we are refused on public transport. Parents from remote villages incur significant travel expenses,” shared one of the meeting participants.Jamilya Jamambaeva noted that similar complaints are also received from residents of Bishkek. She assured that necessary work would be carried out on each voiced issue and written appeal.
As a result of the meeting, more than 30 written complaints were registered, and 15 oral consultations were conducted.
