
According to the press service of the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek Heating Network," the welding work was completed at 00:44. After that, specialists began the phased filling of the heating networks. The damage occurred on a pipe with a diameter of 900 millimeters.

During the elimination of the accident, the heating parameters in the southern part of the city were temporarily reduced; however, heat supply was organized through an alternative scheme. There were no interruptions in providing consumers with heating and hot water.
Work on landscaping the green zone at the repair site will be carried out under suitable weather conditions.
The heating network in this area was put into operation in 1974 and 1986. Due to the long service life, the enterprise noted the need for phased modernization of the engineering infrastructure.
In 2025, the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek Heating Network" completed large-scale upgrades of the networks. Main heating networks on Frunze and Kurmanjan Datka Streets were replaced, increasing the pipe diameters from 700 to 900 and 1000 millimeters, pump station equipment was repaired, 1,543 square meters of thermal insulation was restored, 424 units of shut-off valves were replaced, 4,551 meters of worn-out pipelines were renewed, and the construction of Pump Station No. 3 at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Osmonkul Street was completed.
The Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek Heating Network" expressed gratitude to the residents of the city for their patience and reported that work to ensure the stable operation of the heating supply system continues.
