«Kyrgyz Temir Zholu» transitions to contactless customer service

The railway company "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu" is launching the implementation of a new digital solution — "Unified Model of the Transportation Process." According to the company's press service, this system integrates all stages of cargo transportation into one software.
Now all operations, starting from the acceptance of wagons at the Turksib station and ending with their transfer, will be automated, which will significantly simplify the work, — the official statement notes.

In addition, personal accounts have been created for shippers and consignees on the website railway.gov.kg. This will allow clients to submit applications, track their current status, and interact with the railway in a contactless mode.

Key advantages of the new system:

- accounting for wagon downtime and automatic calculation of fees for each case;

- automatic report generation by stations and transparent control of financial receipts;

- prevention of errors related to manual data entry;

- significant reduction of the workload on employees due to the automation of routine processes;

- improvement of customer service quality and acceleration of all procedures.
