Recently, the Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Erlis Akunbekov, visited the agricultural firm "Chabrets." During the visit, he familiarized himself with the modern technologies used in livestock farming and the production processes.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the minister held a meeting with veterinarians, during which he learned about the digital identification system for animals based on the use of special tags. Each animal is registered in an electronic database, where its breed, origin, and other important characteristics are recorded, significantly improving herd control.
Additionally, Akunbekov was introduced to hybrid calves and high-yielding breeds such as Swiss and Holstein-Friesian. The housing of calves in individual huts was noted as an important factor for maintaining their health and preventing diseases.
The agricultural firm "Chabrets" conducts agricultural activities on an area of about 3,000 hectares, where it cultivates forage and grain crops, providing its livestock complexes with high-quality and environmentally friendly feed. The automation of milking, cooling, and feed preparation processes is carried out using modern equipment.
The farm also raises breeds of cattle such as Aberdeen-Angus, Alatau, and Holstein-Friesian, as well as Gissar sheep, allowing for the production of both meat and dairy products.
Currently, the agricultural firm "Chabrets" is actively producing high-quality dairy and sausage products, contributing to the satisfaction of domestic market needs and the development of the country's agro-industrial complex.
