Judges from the Supreme and Constitutional Courts, veterans of the judiciary, deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, as well as relatives and friends of Abdykasyma Supataev attended the event.
During the ceremony, a message prepared by the Chairman of the Supreme Court, Mederbek Satayev, was read. This message emphasized that for many centuries, the Kyrgyz people have placed great importance on justice, viewing it as a foundation for harmony and stability in society.
The unveiling of the bust holds significant historical importance, as it helps preserve the memory of a person who played a key role in the formation of the national judicial system.
Speakers highlighted Abdykasyma Supataev's outstanding contribution to the development of justice, noting that his life path and professional achievements can serve as an example for young lawyers.
As part of the event, Supataev's relatives presented the Supreme Court with books detailing his life and accomplishments.

Abdykasyma Supataev held important positions in the Supreme Court of the USSR for many years, establishing himself as a highly professional lawyer, a fair and principled judge. From 1967 to 1974, he headed the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Thanks to the initiatives of Abdykasyma Supataev, a new building for the judicial authorities was constructed in 1972, where the Supreme Court relocated. Currently, the Bishkek City Court is located here, which gives the unveiling of the memorial bust particular symbolic significance, as this building is historically important for the city.
It is important to note that from 1946 to 1967, Abdykasyma Supataev was also a member of the Supreme Court of the USSR and was part of the judicial panel on criminal cases, representing the republic at the union level for over 20 years. As Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz SSR from 1967 to 1974, he significantly improved the quality of justice and contributed to the unification of judicial practice.
