Among the participants were representatives of government bodies, the judicial system, as well as educational and public organizations.
The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Edil Baisalov, speaking on behalf of President Sadyr Japarov, emphasized the importance of the Constitutional Court in upholding the rule of law and legal stability in the country.
The Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Emil Oskonbaev, also noted the significant contribution of the institution to the development of legal practice and mechanisms of constitutional control.
He stressed: "For three decades, the Constitutional Court has consistently strengthened legal guarantees and made a substantial contribution to the establishment of the rule of law. I hope that it will continue to serve as a reliable guarantee of stability, justice, and legal progress in our country."













Among those congratulating were representatives of the highest judicial and law enforcement bodies, including the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court, Nurlan Musaev, Ombudsman Jamilya Dzhamanbaeva, as well as former Chairmen of the Constitutional Court Ch. Bayekov and E. Mamirov, judge of the Eurasian Economic Union Court Marat Kaiypov, and chairpersons of local courts.
