According to the press service of the Supreme Court, the event took place in an online format and gathered representatives from local courts across the republic.
The Chairman of the Supreme Court, Mederbek Satyiev, noted the significant contribution of Süünbek Kasmambetov to the development of this doctrine. He also announced the creation of an action plan, according to which a decade of hearings on the epic "Manas" was organized. As part of this initiative, cultural and educational events took place in local courts throughout the country, as well as a national drawing competition titled "Spirit of Manas – National Spirit and Values," in which children of judicial system employees participated.
Süünbek Kasmambetov, in his detailed report, addressed key aspects of the doctrine, emphasizing the importance of traditions, moral norms, internal culture, spiritual purity, and common moral values for society.
