During the negotiations, not only political and economic aspects were discussed, but also cultural and humanitarian issues, as well as the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation.

The Chairman noted the active cooperation between the Jogorku Kenesh and the Federal Assembly within the framework of the bilateral commission, committees, and international organizations.
He added that the established trusting relationships between the leaders of the countries contribute to strengthening interaction. "We have significant potential for deepening cooperation in key areas such as energy, investment, transport, industry, and agriculture, as well as cultural and humanitarian ties," said Marlen Mamataliyev.
In addition, he raised a number of relevant issues:
- on safe, legal, and orderly migration;
- on expanding the digital accounting system "Amina";
- on medical insurance for the families of workers;
- on exempting children from language testing;
- on simplifying the extension of stay;
- on preserving EAEU benefits for transport companies.

Marlen Mamataliyev elaborated on the key areas of cooperation in the field of migration. He emphasized the importance of safe, orderly, and legal labor migration, as well as the protection of citizens' rights. "The positive experience of implementing digital accounting through the 'Amina' application in Moscow and the Moscow region shows the necessity of its expansion to other regions, including accounting for children. There are also difficulties with the program, including issues related to printing and the registry," he said.
The Chairman noted that the issue of access for the families of workers to the mandatory health insurance system remains relevant and proposed to develop an acceptable solution taking into account EAEU practices. He also suggested considering the possibility of exempting children of Kyrgyz citizens from language testing when enrolling in Russian schools, given the status of the Russian language and existing practices. "The difficulties with extending stay periods also require attention, and we request assistance in simplifying procedures and developing a mechanism for exclusion from the registry of controlled persons without the need to leave Russia," he added. "Furthermore, we express concern about new migration initiatives, including reducing stay periods and tightening conditions, and we consider it important to maintain existing preferences for citizens of EAEU countries," summarized Marlen Mamataliyev.
Vyacheslav Volodin, in turn, emphasized the significance of using various formats for cooperation and the necessity of active participation in the development of relations between the countries.

He noted that the dynamics of relations are largely determined by the heads of state, but it is also their task to ensure legislative support for the agreements reached and to contribute to the development of cooperation. "We have always found joint solutions even in the most complex issues. Dialogue helps strengthen relations, and trust is the foundation for further development," Volodin added. He also noted that over the past year, trade turnover between the countries has increased by more than 25%, which is a good indicator. "Russia occupies one of the key positions in the economy of Kyrgyzstan," he concluded.

After the official negotiations, Vyacheslav Volodin engaged representatives of relevant structures and heads of departments to develop final decisions on the outlined issues.
