As part of the "State Capital Investments" program, work is planned on 700 kilometers of roads, of which 457 kilometers are included in the title list. Changes and additions may occur during the implementation of the projects.
Currently, construction is underway for the following routes funded by the budget: Balakchi — Bokonbaev — Karakol, Naryn — Bayetovo, Ala-Buka — Zhany-Bazar — Kirovka, and Safarovka — Barpy.
Work will also continue on the following facilities:
- five additional structures on the alternative north-south highway;
- the national significance route Barskoon — Bedel;
- Bishkek Northern Bypass Road;
- Lebedinovka — HPP-5 road;
- Bishkek — Kant route;
- Arašan — Chunkurchak road;
- Bishkek — Kuntuu — Shopokov route.
In addition, work will continue under investment projects:
- reconstruction of the Suusamyr — Talas — Taraz road (Phase IV) over 93 kilometers;
- the section from Korumdu to Balbay Batyr, 79.3 kilometers long;
- the section from the village of Barskoon to Karakol, 75 kilometers long.
New projects will include:
- Profsoyuznaya Street — 8.5 kilometers;
- road to the new Osh market — 8.7 kilometers;
- Cholpon-Ata bypass route — 15 kilometers;
- laying asphalt concrete pavement on the section of the road Bozuchuk — Zhyrgalan in the Ak-Suu district, 14.5 kilometers long;
- design and construction of an alternative route to the "Zhyrgalan" ski base (Ala-Tuu Resort) with a length of 8.5 kilometers, as well as access and service roads;
- reconstruction of 15 kilometers of the road from Jeti-Oguz to Koysary (resort "Jeti-Oguz");
- design and construction of the Tamdyk — Kyshemish — Donen — Bulak-Bashi route, 51 kilometers long.
