The event gathered representatives of local authorities, leaders of organizations and enterprises, participants of the events of April, as well as relatives of the fallen heroes.
At the monument erected in honor of those who gave their lives during the People's Revolution, wreaths were laid and a memorial prayer was conducted.
It is worth noting that among the 87 people who died on April 7, 2010, in Ala-Too Square, five—Kanatbek Chyngyshov, Nurlan Beysheev, Kudash Abdildaev, Marat Kaziev, and Erlan Omuraliev—were from the At-Bashinsky district. A total of 26 people from this district participated in the uprising.
