Kyrgyzstan has become fully self-sufficient in sugar and eggs
According to information provided by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, the Kyrgyz Republic has been able to fully meet its domestic needs for six out of nine key food products. According to the agency's data, in the first nine months of 2025, the country fully provided itself with potatoes, milk, meat, vegetables, eggs, and sugar. At the same time, baked goods (grains), vegetable oil, as well as fruits and berries are partially imported.
