Delegates from various corners of the world participated in the congress, including representatives from international sports organizations, national kok boru federations, as well as related sports from Central Asia, Europe, the USA, and other countries. Invited officials from government bodies were also present.
The agenda included reports from the association's leadership, a review of the work done in 2025, and discussions on strategic directions for the further development of the organization and strengthening international cooperation.
Ravshanbek Adhamov from Uzbekistan and Sergey Savin from Russia were appointed as vice-presidents of the association. Kuatbek Askarbekov was appointed as the general secretary.
Askar Salymbekov and Nabidjan Juraev will continue to serve as honorary presidents of the association.
