On this day, a new multifunctional platform was opened, aimed at promoting the Russian language, supporting Eurasian culture, developing international programs between Russia and Kyrgyzstan, as well as training educators and implementing humanitarian projects.

High-profile guests attended the solemn ceremony, including the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Kyrgyzstan Sergey Vakunov, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, the head of the Russian Presidential Administration for Strategic Partnership and Cooperation Vadim Titov, the chairwoman of the Council of the ANO "Eurasia" and State Duma deputy Alena Arshinova, as well as the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan Albert Makmetkulov.

Alena Arshinova noted: "Kyrgyzstan is not just a partner, but a country with which we share common values and a strategic vision. Over the past year, ANO 'Eurasia' has been actively cooperating with the republic, including supporting educators, organizing educational forums and professional development courses, as well as creating a professional community of teachers within the 'Eurasian Pedagogical Council' project. The opening of the center is a continuation of our large-scale work, providing a unique space for the whole family, where one can engage in reading classical literature or attend creative workshops."

The center was established on the basis of the Association for the Support of the Russian Language, founded by ANO "Eurasia." The main objectives of the project include preserving the Russian language as a language of interethnic communication, expanding scientific and educational cooperation, and promoting an inclusive culture in the Eurasian space.

Ilhan Shor, a philanthropist and member of the Board of Trustees of ANO "Eurasia," emphasized that "30 years ago, the Russian language united almost 300 million people in the Soviet Union. It was the language of science, friendship, and love. Today, Russian remains a unifying factor in business, interpersonal relationships, and the economy, and we must do everything possible to ensure that as many people as possible use it."

The center will implement various educational programs for children and adolescents, including theater studios, art practices, a media school "PRORussian," as well as courses on digital culture and programming. For adults, there will be film clubs, discussion platforms, and literary salons. An important aspect of the work will be supporting educators through the establishment of a "School of Professional Growth" and a methodological center for developing modern approaches to teaching the Russian language.

The Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan, Albert Makmetkulov, noted: "The opening of the center is a strategic step for our education and interethnic dialogue. It will become a platform for popularizing the Russian language as a language of interethnic communication and cultural exchange, strengthening Eurasian solidarity."

The center will operate five thematic clubs: the Association of Eurasian Leaders, the International Association of Cinematographers of Eurasia, a Methodological Center for Teachers of the Russian Language and Literature, a School of Professional Growth for Educators, and a Center for Inclusion Support.

The center will offer more than 10 additional educational programs and will be able to accommodate over 200 people at the same time.

Furthermore, there are plans to open centers not only in Bishkek but also in other regions of the country, with the prospect of expanding the network to other post-Soviet states.
