The funds will be accumulated in a special account
According to the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, the income from the sale of tinting and unique license plates will no longer be transferred to the republican budget. Instead, starting from January 1, 2026, and until the end of the year, the funds will be accumulated in a special account of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing, which is managed by the presidential administration.
This change applies to the income from the sale of state license plates with unique combinations of numbers and letters, as well as personalized license plates for motor vehicles, and funds received from the sale of used and canceled state registration plates.
