A huge LED screen will be installed near the presidential administration "Yntymak Ordo". The structures for its installation are already in place.
Askat Alagozov, the president's press secretary, noted that this is a "new protocol element".
According to him, "the screen will be used during significant state events and official ceremonies".
It should be noted that on November 27, a CSTO summit will take place in Bishkek, which is expected to be attended by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
